Refund policy

This information governs the return and refund procedures applied to purchases made on the site BalanceLife.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of receipt of the products, without the obligation to provide any reason.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:

-They have been opened, used or tampered with

-They are not intact or in the original packaging

This is for hygiene and health protection reasons, as these are food supplements.

How to exercise the withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to send a written communication to the email address info@equilibriovita.ch, indicating:

-Order number

-Product(s)

-Object of the return

Following the request, instructions for returning the goods will be provided.

Returning products

Products must be returned within 30days from the withdrawal communication.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the event of an error attributable to the seller.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and verified, BalanceLife will provide a refund within 30days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or non-compliant products

In the event of defective or non-compliant products, the customer is invited to contact customer service promptly. In such cases, return costs will be borne by Life Balance.
